Please arrive on time no earlier than 5 minutes before you appointment time.

If you are running late please let me know. If you are 10 mins or more late then your appointment will be cancelled.

Complaints made past 48hrs of your appointment will be acknowledged however any work on the lashes will be charged in full.

All new clients must book in for a patch test at least 48hrs before appointment time.

All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to confirm the time slot.This is taken off the total treatment price.

If you have any problems with your lashes at the end of your appointment please let me know. Any complaint made within 48hrs of the appointment will be offered a free 30 min appointment if needed.

Make sure to give at least 48 hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

50% (minimum) of your lash extensions need to be intact to qualify as being a infill. any thing less will be charged as a full set.

APPOINTMENTS

the correct contact information must be provided when booking an appointment. this means no booking for others, in this case the appointments will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to book.
Must bring cash to your appointment payments are cash only.
Do not bring plus ones to appointments.
Arrive at appoitment make up free with clean eyelashes and or brows arrival with makeup/lash glue result in a shortened treatment time due to removal , however treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS/no shows/extra fees
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee (full treatment price).
if you are 10 or more minutes late you will be charged a late fee (full treatment price) and your appointment will be cancelled.
if you chose to reschedule your appointment under 48 hours before your appointment you will be required to pay another booking fee
if you fail to give and notice and do not show for your appointment you will be charged a no show fee ( full price of treatment.)
once the fee is settle you are able to book as normal.
however if you fail or refuse to pay the fee you will be blocked and no longer be able to book with Lanas lashes and any future appointments will be cancelled.
COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment must inform me of your concerns at the time or within 48hrs of the appointment. Complaints made after this will be acknowledged however any work will be charged in full.
Lana's Lashes does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
booking fees
booking fees are non refundable.
PATCH TEST
All new clients must book themselves in for a patch test a minimum of 48hrs prior treatment time
failure to book & attend a patch test appointment in the required time will result in your appointment being cancelled.
All treatment results vary from person to person.
Eyelash extensions on average last 3-4 weeks with infills needed every 2.5/3 weeks to maintain the look. eyelash extensions are attached to individual natural lashes meaning they can and will fall out with the natural lash shedding cycle in which we have no control over.
infills require at minimum 50% of the set left after removal to qualify or will be charged as a full set.
clients must follow the correct aftercare given at your appointment to avoid the risk of infection and/or damage.
